Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hi, i had failed to attend the court in a few instances for a 138 case and have been issued a non bailable warrant with the next hearing date. Does this mean, if i do not attend the court on the next hearing date ill be arrested or i need to present myself before that date. I am confused.

Get the NBW order cancelled from the court by hiring a good lawyer or else the court would definitely send you for few days behind bars.

Consider approaching court and getting NBW cancelled. In matters like 138 NI, cancellation of NBW may not be a problem.
