Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

hi, i had failed to attend the court in a few instances for a 138 case for some personal reasons and a non bailable warrant has been issued against me with the next hearing date. What does this mean.

Does this mean if i do not present myself on that date, the warrant will be executed or how is this to be read. I am in deep stress because of this. Pl. suggest what i need to do next to overcome this,

Move an application for cancellation of NBW issued against you before the court by giving a plausible reason and i am sure the court would cancel the same.

NBW means police may come and arrest you and produce before the court.

Apply and get NBW cancelled.
