Fake Currency!

Thanks all,,,,my father is discharged from the case,,from both the side,,,,CBI AND CUSTOM SIDE...

Could we sue them?

You may not be able sue them unless there are some observations in the orders/judgements of the court.

No remedy lies when an action action taken in good faith by the public authorities. However, if u can prove on record that entier action was wrongly taken out in bad faith, then you can sue for malicious procesution, and not otherwise

I would advise you not to take any actions as they wont be favourable. As the action take by the authorities are to safeguard the system and in good faith.
