Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Fake currency
If one is arrested by custom and filed into the court by custom,and then later also filed to the court by cbi on fake currency case.
Now the cbi has discharge us from the case in the court where they filed,now do we still have to ask for bail from the court where customs have filed.

If the cause of CBI proceedings and customs proceedings are same, then yes, you migh get relief in bail, but otherwise, not.

Yes, the two cases being different, the accused should seek bail in case filed by customs.
