Fake currency(Counterfeit)

Whats the bail procedure if you are convicted in this section(135 of custom act india)

The man convicted is innocent.

Please help.

You need to make an application for bail to the court concerned in accordance with the Criminal procedure code.

The innocence or guilt is established after trial is concluded. However, the court will look into the prima facie facts while considering your bail application.
