Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
False 498a case has been filed against me while I am in the US. Charge sheet has been filed and following that NBW has been issued. I now wish to travel to India to fight the case. Is it possible to get AB so that I dont get arrested upon landing in India?

Both, the legislature and judiciary have realised that 498a is widely being misused. You can apply for the anticipatory bail even from US by executing a GPA. U need not be in India to fight the cases as the same can be done by your lawyer. U may visit www.karvai.in for further information.
