False case of IPC 307

A guy in my village accused my uncle and his 15 year old son for attempt to murder. They were not involed in that. He made a false medical report also.

Can you Please tell us what to do in this case. Police already took my cousin in child prison.

Please tell how to stop miss use of IPC 307.
