false FIR

In response to my problem at this website one of reputed lawyer has advised that there is no need to multiply litigation if you are acquitted by taking action under sections 193 , 195 , 211 of IPC . pls tell me quick remedy as due to false case my daily earning of bread and reputation suffered . Truth is any body can buy FIR to destroy some ones life , IS STATE NOT RESPOSIBLE IF LIFE OF CITIZEN IS RUINED DUE TO MISUSE OF POWER BY ITS OFFICIALS . if there is no legal remedy should I also buy FIR against the persons who bought false FIR against me TO KEEP ME SILENT AS I HAD COMPLAINED AGAINST ENCROACHMANT AT PUBLIC LAND , it is very easy TO BUY FIR but due to my faith in GOD I had not done anything WRONG in life so far . can any one help me financially or otherwise to re habilitate in life or should I adopt corrupt ways of society . when honest person becomes corrupt no one can imagine the consequances , pls save my honesty by helping me and you will get one true friend for life and thereafter

if you can prove that case was false and you were framed with malicious intention you can go ahead and file the case.

I agree with the above opinion.

Earlier I had advised avoiding litigation considering that multiplicity of cases may be very expensive and time consuming.

However, if you have the time and energy to spend on litigation, you may surely take your chances.

Please note that law does not go by emotions. If your have evidence go ahead and file the case. Merely, acquittal by the court cannot be an evidence that the complainant and the witnesses have falsely impleaded you in the litigation.
