Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

i am falsely implicated in acriminal case. they have charged 420 120(b) 467 468 and 471 the case relates to a theft of a security instrument and its misuse. the forgery and mis use of the instrument was executed in some other place where i was not present there is no sec34. i was not a party to the dealings also. prosecution has not produced any evidence against me reg 467 468 471 and420 will 120(b)will alone stand if there is no sec34?

in case you were not present at the time of offence and also not a part of criminal conspiracy, you can seek bail on this ground and also seek quashing of f.i.r. in respect of yourself.
