Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Me and My family has been charged with 498a.My sister in law is not staying with us since 2004, without taking a divorce. But still she filled false 498a to extract money from my family.
How do I save my family and myself. i'm working in pune and the case is being registred in UP what should we do?
