Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my family has been falsely involved in a false dowry case. totally five member of the family involved excluding 10months baby.
police in its inquiry released three persons father and two dauthers.
case under trial a session court. prosecution filed application under IPC 319 the same rejected
five months elapsed my only son and his mother are under arrest.
May I request for bail
The case is under IPC 304B
