Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My family member died due a negligent driving case, he was hit by a bike coming in the "wrong direction".It was a hit & run case.
I knew there is no punishment if the case is booked by the Police under IPC 304A.As expected,the Police have not done their job properly as usual and the accused has been left free.
I want to appeal this in the higher court.What chances do I stand ?
