Fast Track Court
I am accused in a criminal case in Mumbai. The case is pending for the last seven years. Can i request to move to a fast track court so that the judgement can come fast. There are 12 accused more. If yes, then whom to plead to? Can the other accused object?

You are entitled to speedy trial. may approach the court for sending the case to fast track. Only State is to be made a party and not the other accused.
It may be better to approach your local counsel for pursuing your remedy.

If you can split your case, then there will separate trial as far as you are concerned.

you can approach the High court for expediation of matter
