Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my father had borrow a friendly loan without any documentation and he could not pay the loan amount and the intrest due to their financial position. The man had asked for three cheques in last year 2009 for as a security for the repayment of the amount my father signed and fill the amount in the cheques but he did not write the date on the cheques. The person has filed a case in Rohini Court against my father for bouncing cheque that he submitted that he has given a friendly loan to my father in july 2010 on 13% annum what should we do now.
