me and my father got cheated by three partners in a colloboration agreement these partners are demanding ahuge amount to vaccate mydemolished house site i had also filed a cmplaint with cp, dcp ,sho ,for cheating fraud &fradulant;kabjaon my plot but no action has been taken i had also filed an rti regarding my complaint in cp office without any positive result.partners have filed a suit for permanent injunction colloboration agreement was made for a fixedperiod of 12months& it is more than 10 months nothing has been constructed accept aparking lantern the rest of the work is stopped from past 5months iam staying in arented house for past 10 months with my family.police is not registering case against partner but pressuring me to take my complaint back or i will not be able to get hold of my property because of suit filled for injunction by partners. what can i do in such a poition

civil profile of an offence does not prevent its criminal outfit. this is the law. you can file a criminal complaint against the wrongdoers before the magistrate of your area and also file an application u/s 156(3) for seeking directions to the concerned SHO to lodge an f.i.r. this f.i.r. would also help you in the civil case of permanent injunction.
