Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my father is framed under an atrocity case. he was out of town at the said time and date. the woman who has filed the case says that she had come home and was abused by my father. but as i said he was nt in town then. if we are able to produce the relevant documents which show that he was not in town will that help in withdrawing the case. does a session court have a special cell and on filing the case how much time will it take to get a date. and no custodial investigation has taken place. how long can the police prolong it to give their say. wat do we do incase the police are prolonging theie say which in turn is proloinging us to get an bail for my father. what are the quickest ways to get my father bail because he is already in jail for almost 5days.
