Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Since my father is illiterate, in all his bank accounts my brothers name is put first and my fathers name is as joint holder. Now my brother is saying that since he is the first princpal holder of the bank account he is entitled to keeping the passbook, cheque book and also has authority to withdrawn any amount anytime. The account is either or survivor? is that possible please advice?
