can a father legally disown or disinherit his son as his adult son has struck him and hit him so much so that he was hospitalised

Hello,
If the property is self owned, a person can make a will.
If, the property is ancestral than strong reasons have to be proved in the court for disowning.
In case of self owned property children can be disowned or simply a will ignoring the concerned person works equally .
