Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i am a female 25 yrs old, the company i had just recently joined an a retail head for about 6 months lodged an FIR against me and i have been accused under IPC 403, 408, was kept in police custody for 7 days until i got bail, there is no evidence found against me nor hv they recovered cash or stock misappropriated from me, but after over a year of police investigation there has been a charge sheet sent to the court.. wt should i do now?

You need to defend yourself in the criminal prosecution initiated by local police. It may be desirable to engage a local criminal trial lawyer to conduct your case.
you need to approach a lawyer and in case there is no evidence, you may also get the f.i.r quashed by approaching the HC.
Expeditious investigation and trial are part of constitutional rights. Relying on ratios of various rulings of the supreme court, you may approach the magistrate for suitable direction. If there is a case for quashing, you may approach for quashing in the high court.
