Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i had a fight with the owner of the house ( we were living on rent ).we were all drunk including the owner.
the police came and arrested us all also the owner and we were charged under ipc 151(owner also).
the next morning his wife registered a fir under section ipc 354 ( which is absolutely false ).
we were releashed on bail .
what to do?

354 is a bailable offence and you may prove it is an afterthought.
