Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am fighting a long drawn criminal case against an accused booked under sections 403, 406, 409, 420 of IPC.

The accused has applied for anticipatory bail. My question is:

1. if the sessions court grants anticipatory bail, then can I, as a complainant appeal against that decision?

2. If anti-bail is granted he will appear before the police on a certain date. can thee police not arrest him thereafter ??? can the police not seek his remand??

Kindly oblige by answering.

you can move the high court against the order of sessions court granting bail but it is advisable to reproduce the order of sessions court granting him bail. yes, in case the AB is granted, neither can he be arrested nor his remand be secured.
