I am going to file a 498a FIR Quash petition in Madras High Court Madurai Bench.
How long will it take for final order normally?
Thank You.

No time period can be estimated in advance as there are so many intervening factors. If everything goes right, it should ideally take not more than 3-4 hearings. If its a joint consent petition, it can be disposed on very first hearing if all parties are present.
