Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
once we file an application and the honourable court taken objection that there was 4 days delay can we file delay conodotion petation along with representation of application?

You have to move an application along with your main application for condonation of delay. the court would first decide your condonation application then the main application if your delay application is decided in your favour.
