how can i sue bank?

3.how can i fight bank so they withdrawn cases against me and agree to Seattle my loan/card account.

4.need to file case in which court criminal/civil/consumer court?

if your amount is more than Rs. 10 lacks and if it is not a copoperative bank then you can file a case in DRT if less tha Rs. 10 Lacks then Civil Court . If it is a Cooperative bank you may file the case in cooperative court if you are well within 3 years . Alternatively you may file a consumer case weel within 2 years . You may also file criminal case personally against bank and its honest oficers in criminal court
