Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

hi i have file a complain last three years back under section 394 my app is a lady and unable to handle the case properly can i change her if not ?can i ask my personal lawere to sit in the first chair to fight my case if so what is the process please let me know

in all criminal cases government will appoint the Public Prosecutor for conduct the case on behalf of the State Governments. in special occasions and in some sensation the State will appoint Spl. P.P. if you not satisfied on your P.P you make appropriate application before the Court, the court will consider if necessary and permit you to engage your case after the permission from the state.
