Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Who can file a criminal case in court? I am not a victim of the criminal offence. But know the person commited the offence. Can I file a case? Or have to file a complaint?
Please help me to know - when to file a case and when a case. Please also help me to know the section in Law having these informations.

Except some offences, any person may file complaint or case in respect of an offence.
