Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
How can i file a defamation case against my company? I have a written proof from the people who has filed a complaint against me to HR, and HR have set an enquiry one me and found i am innocent. but this information has reached to my team and colleagues in the company. please tel me if this case carry's weightage if i file a case against them?

you can not file defamation case against the company rather against the person who lodged complaint agaist you. The procedure is as usual. In such a case, you have the chance of losing the job. As per me, no benefit wil come to you from legal battle rather you can ask your company to take action against the person who made frivolous complant and make this public that you are clean
A defamation case is to be filed in Court.
