i want to file domestic violence case against my husband...i want to know how much time this dva vl take? some ppl says it vl finish in 3 months only...some ppl says it vl take 3 years..
can i win this case in 3 months?

as per law, the case is be decided within 60 days but due to heavy pendency of cases, it takes longer. you may ask your lawyer to seek short dates.
