My file has filed fake 498 case against me and my family
we have got the permanent bail
my file filed a fake fiR for section 294 and 506
Now she has filed one application for cancellation of my bail for 498A - attaching the FIR of 294/506
i have two question
1) what are the chances of my bail cancellation - my lawyer is saying dont worry unless it is proved your bail can't be rejected -- but i am worried
2) can i go for discharge under section 239 now
