this is criminal nature(IPC) matter and as a complaint you no need to appoint your own advocate govt adv i.e, app is dealing this. as far as concern of summon is subj. to evidence. when ever court ask to produces witness ,w'll summon you.

better go and ask to reader of concern court abt last/ next date of hearing?

P.S. have you filed a claim case under M.V.act at MACT? only here you will get claim. for mor info contact me by mail or phn.

sir, you had put your questions relating to the event but for R T I. In my opinion, you first inspect the court case file or move r t i to know the exact status of your cases. Two cases must have been registered. One - FIR against the driver - a police case. Second is the compensation. Depending upon the Police Station, you will have to check the status of your case from that court. Once you know the exact status of the case then only you can take any action.

Be as that it may, you can always go to the office of legal aid located at High Court of Delhi and at Supreme court for free legal aid. lawyer is free and you do not have to incur an expense.
