how to file perjury case in chandigarh
the landlord has filed no. of cases against me in district courts,chandigarh.in one case,she gave a statement,for which i have certified copy of the court.but,in another case in different case,she gave statement which is reverse to the first one statement.in this way,she is misleading the court and abusing the process of law.i want to prosecute her u/s 340 of perjury.what i should do.help me.

If you can prove that statement before court is false and misleading then make a application to the concerned court for taking action for perjury.

Make application u/s.340 Cr.P.C. in the Court before whom false statement had been made.
