you can file to the nodal officer of lok nayak hospital. but you cannot the case against the magistrate if you are not satisfied then you approach to the higher court.

I would like to file rti application against two orgnisations one is lok nayak hospital and other is tees hazari court actually i met in accident in year 1997 in which i was addmitted to lok nayak hospital but doctors that time not curing my injury even due to their ignorance i still have a injury in my right hand....now i want to get a information on doctors that time and my previous case

Sir, you may file an application for rti on a plain paper by going to lok nayak hospital and finding the name of PIO. You may find the name on the net also. fees is Rs. 10/- with no limits on the number of questions. If you want copies, it is Rs. 2/- per page. My only doubt is if hospital is holding record of 1997,

same way you may apply to PIO of Tees Hazari. But in tis hazari you will have to check the district - like, south, west, north, north west, etc. - applicable in 1997 and where that district court is today. because many districts have been shifted from tis hazari to say in Rohini or in Dwarka or in Patiala house after 1997.

my accident case was held in tees hazari which is closed after taking bribe

so i also want to file rti againstmy accident case and all previous lawyers of goverment lawyers and magistrate and why they closed case without given me compensation

so please assist me how to file rti and cases against this two orgnisations
