Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I would like to file a writ petition in supreme court of india against ms-lnjp hospital for non assistance in complain given by me to them

Actually matter is 15 years old the incident was happen on 1997 year but due to that i have a permanent disability in my right hand so please assist how to file a petition in the court as from past 15 years we gives lots of complain to lnjp ms but they not assist me in this regards even they refuses to give disability certificate.

actually the matter was i was addmitted previously in lnjp but the doctors that time not cured my injury and due to that reason i have a permanent disability in my right hand currentaly in this regards i filled lots of complain to them even i filled complains to ministries & prime minister & chief minister previously and those all complains forwarded to lnjp medical suprindendent but they cant reply on my complains even they negilact prime minister complains

i have all the evidences with me regarding my complains

now please assist me how to file wrrit petition in supreme court on self basis kindly provide me a complete format with fees as i not able to hire lawyer kindly provide a complete answer not a one line answer to me

i will be thankfull to you if you assist me in this regards

As advised before, a writ petition may not be maintainable. Instead, you may consider availing remedies under consumer protection laws.
