Hi I have filed 498A case against my husband and inlaws
they have got links and got the permanent bail
They have spolied my life by giving mental harrasment
what step can i take to make sure they are behind the bars
What step can I take to cancel there bail in 498A case , as they use abuse me and threatning me to take the case back

their bail cannot be canceled unless they abuse their liberty or threaten the complainant or witnesses. in your situation, such is not their demeanor, so you cannot file an application for cancellation. regarding mental or physical abuse, you may seek compensation.
