Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If any one filed a case on blank cheque and finally issued an arrest warrant against the person is abroad for long time. Will he be caught on arrival at airport?

in case the complainant is vigilant enough and he is aware about the time and place you coming back to india and you have been declared a proclaimed offender, you may be arrested. it is better to hire a lawyer and he would take care of the case in your absence.
