i have filed a case u/s 376/417.i am having evidence dat we had sex.but i can't proov promise of marriage.only some witness can tell dat we had affair but can't proov.d boy got married.can court convict him for having sex?i am an adult girl.

Having Voluntary Sex between 2 unmarried Adult male and female neither amount to Sec 376 nor amount to Sec 497 of Indian Penal code. So he can't be convicted of any offence.
