i filed case 406 /498 against my inlaws as per court instrustion i lived in same premission of my husband house name of mother in law my father in law died after my marriage without will my husband transfer house my mother in law name .my case is charege by court my counter is going on in mean time my husband filed divroce in this nothig going on they says they want to go medation and froce me to take divroce if take divroce i able to fight case 406/498 my case is effected what can i do i want fight both cases

no one can force you for divorce and even if you go for divorce by mutual consent, your consent needs to be free from duress, fraud or misrepresentation. you may defend the divorce petition filed by your husband and at the same time, pursue your 498a.
you can defend / contest the Divorce Case.
