Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I have filed a 498 A case on 5 people who harassed me, a1 has escaped for about 7 months and finaly we caught him and put in jail. now the tirupati magistrate court has given him bail and filed charge sheet and put the date to 5th month....but its been very long away from the date of complaint filed, as if i want to dispose the case soon " CAN I BRING ANY ORDER TO SOLVE THE CASE SOON FROM HIGH COURT " I NEED SUGGESTIONS please help me.........

you can file a petition as per the cr.p.c to the high courtdispose the case as quickly as possible

You may file writ in high court to direct the lower court to decide your case in time bound manner like within 6 month or so.
