Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I have filed case in police on my husband 498a,494.

For 494 i gave eye witness. Now that lady is pragnant.

But IO officer is putting wrong charge sheet without above two sections.

Cc no is going to file in this week.what shall i do.

You have to convince the court that the proper section has not been applied and hence police may be directed to add those sections. Both the sections applicable. for more 919555462995

in case those two sections are gone, the complaint is finished. on what basis the sections are being deleted.
