Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have filed case in police on my husband 498a,494.
For 494 i gave eye witness. Now that lady is pragnant.
1 1/2 year before fir filed. The IO officer is not filing charge sheet in the court. this is because of my husband influence .Many times i have approached . still they are not doing it. simply they are telling give more evidence.they are not investigating that pregnant lady.
please tell me good solution.

It is the duty of the police to collect evidence and not you. you may file writ of mandamus in high court.
