Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi, i had filed case with woman cell..fir was lodged and i recovered 70% of my articles did not get stridhan. The in-laws and husband got a bail. After a lt of follow-up yesterday the IO told me that a challan has been made and the same will be sent to PP saab. Please make me understand waht will be the next step..will my husband and in-laws summoned or the case will go to court,.how much time will it take..pls reply

once the challan is filed, your husband and in laws would be summoned to appear in the court and then there would be arguments on charge and then prosecution evidence would be led and you would also be summoned to appear as a witness.
