Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have filed two cases one criminal and other civil in a local court pertaining to same cause of action. My all original documents have been submitted in civil court and my criminal case has come to the satge of evidence. Now how can I prove my documents submitted in civil case in criminal case during my evidence. How can I prove the documents in criminal case which is lying in the record of civil case.

You may move an application to lead secondary evidence for proving xerox copies u/s 65A of the Indian evidence Act 1872

you may submit certified copies of the documents in the criminal court and the court may even call for the case file.
