Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i have filed a complaint in court on my brother in law under sec499&500;R/W sec 34 of I P C . the court order to police take action against the accused but the police is not taking any action on the accused as they have force from higher authorities so how can i take an action against the acused through court to arrest them.

File case u/s 156 (3) and ask the court to direct the police to register the case against accused and also describe earlier case order and present status. Police have to register case before next date of hearing.
