I HAVE FILED A CRIMINAL (420) CASE AGAINST 3 ITALIAN AND 1 ROMNIAN CITIZENS.

MUMBAI LOCAL COURT IS LIKELY TO ISSUE SUMMONS WITHIN A MONTH .KINDLY ADVISE HOW BEST TO SERVE NOTICES ON THE ACCUSED IN FASTEST AND SUREST POSSIBLE WAY.can u undertake the responsibility to serve summons in a surest legal way accepted internationally.

India should have an Extradition Treaty with Italy and Romania otherwise service of summons would be a futile exercise.
