Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I have filed a criminal case against a person for cheating me .His lawyer during my cross examination behaves very rudely.Last time i observed that if he is not able to extract the answer he shouts and use intimadatory tactics.I brought this to the notice of Hon'ble judge without any relief.I am a Diabetic patient and suffer from high blood pressure.I had a tiff also with the lawyer and my blood pressure shot up .Leading to my requesting the judge for five minute break. Can i complain to Local Bar Council ? Can i approach High Court to restrain this lawyer's bad behavior?

Your lawyer should remain present during your cross-examination and should try to protect you. Approaching the Bar Council or the High Court may not be helpful.
