Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
we filed an FIR against my brother-in-law as he STATED my sister committed suicide but we are suspecting that he has killed her. This happened on June 30th. She passed away on 9th July
we recently got to know he has extra marital affair and has 2 kids from that women.
He and the other woman and his mother is absconding. He also has taken my sister's only son with him.
he has also taken away her jewels and harassed her very badly in the last few months.
How can we get this man behind the bars?

Make complaint to police, who may search and arrest him.
