Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i filed a FIR against the principal & sports teacher of school.the police has put up section 294,506,323,34..but this is done only against the sports teacher.the police excluded the principal & the investigation is biased...what should i next????

you may make your protest before the Magistrate under whose jurisdiction that police station falls and ask the magistrate for further investigation under 173(8).
