Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have filed a harassment case U/s.498A against my husband and in-laws in June, 2010. They got anticipatory bail. Now the TRIAL is running. Two or Three adjournments were given and the next adjournment is on 6th April, 2011. The trial is pending due to appearence of accused. But I have not received any intimation or summons from the court till date. My question is when will I receive the intimation or summons? Whether before the TRIAL or after the TRIAL? Clarify.

You are not suppose to get any summons from the court as you are the complainant. The matter is listed for the presence of the accused before court.
