Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I filed the petition u/s 12 domestic violence act in punjab, India after lodged the FIR u/s 498 against my husband and the domestic violence case is pending from 20/06/09.. The proceeding of application u/s 23 is going on from January 2011,but the Court has not granted even interim relief me. My husband is a PCS officer and he is very influence person.Court said that when the C.D.P.O report will come then i can get any relief. Now my husband gave the application for produce my bank pass books and my passport and my child's passport details.I am simply enter mediate pass house wife and totally depending on my parents. Because my parents are settled in USA so my 13 years old child is living with my mother because my child is USA born citizen. I want to know that is this right that the court passed the order to produce the all details for granting the interim relief.

asking for details if required is perfectly right if the court finds it necessary ... and if court has passed the orders u have to abide by that

What is your status in India ? Where were you married ? It is quite surprising to know that you have moved an application u/s 23 of D. V act on 20-6-and yet the court has not passed an interim relief in your favour. I am sure your lawyer needs to be more vociferous and good in arguments to persuade the judge concerned to pass an order .What happened in criminal matter ? Has your husband applied for anticipatory bail ? please get back with these answers to get legal advice.

As per criminal trial, your hubby cant ask like that. But he may summon relevant authorities for production, but not directly from you
