Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Need help in filing a case on charge of murder.
Dear Sir/Madam,
There has been an accidental death in my family in 2008. I am seeing there involvement along with a tantrik guru of them on the sudden accidental demise (unnatural death) of my elder brother. Past my brother death i was living with uncle and his family during those time i started suspecting them, as they were acting differently. Considering there jealousy and disturbing nature toward us from the very beginning, it feels more positive that this is a act of jealousy and selfishness.
There is involvement of a tantrik and his negative activities in the loss of life including 4-5 person who used this help to make this horrible thing happen. Past the suspicion on the culprits we initiated a proper investigation , we have the investigation reports and the conspiracy and motive is clear to us. We are in need of right person help in putting our case strongly in front of court.
Please provide us more specific information in this case and help us file a criminal complaint on charge of murder as soon as possible and putting the culprits behind bar on charges of murder. We need help from the right person in it, as the case is sensitive in matter and there is back stabbing from our own blood.
Looking forward to reply. Give your comments as soon as possible.
